Description

The 40th session of our annual series of Architectural Conservation Masterclasses features leading national and international figures at the Scottish Centre for Conservation Studies within Edinburgh College of Art at the University of Edinburgh.

This year’s contributors are internationally acknowledged experts in their areas from the United Kingdom and abroad. Each of these evening sessions will address a subject of major national or international significance within architectural conservation or cultural landscape heritage. Three of this year’s masterclasses are organised jointly with Europa Nostra UK, the Institute of Historic Building Conservation, and docomomo ISC U+L. The full programme will be available January 2017.

The Masterclasses take place on Thursdays, beginning at 5.30pm. There will be time for questions and debate at the end of each session, followed by a wine and nibbles reception at 7.00pm.

The series is recognised for purposes of Continuing Professional Development.
